Make sure to watch dailydebian’s YouTube practise video. It’s a good resource. Stop studying 7 days before your exam and turn your entire focus onto doing as many pbq’s as you can find. You can skip ceh practise exam , nothing of value will be missed . All the best to everyone !

I have been reading so much conflicting information regarding nitric oxide and it’s supplements. I’m new to ray peat , can somebody guide me if consuming beet root juice , taking L-arginine , eating watermelon overall bad or good? I see people discuss that ray peat had a lot of contradictory takes , what was his final stance on this ? Also is cialis okay for consumption ?
Please have simple layman replies , half of the ray peat or medical terms in general go over my head.
