Hello everyone, i always drop from D5 once i reach it back to bottom D4 because i don't feel like playing up there yet, but i noticed that people are struggling and it shows, i am no by any means a good player and always survive due to wylder's high survivability but oh boy it's indeed stressing like since the weekend i didn't have a match where it was a breeze like what u usually get at D5 so in your opinion why? Why are people struggling? BTY most of them have insanely good relics so i don't think the shitty relics system has anything to do with it.

Hello everyone! A friend asked me, "After 2,000 hours in this game, what made you love it enough to spend all this time on it?"

When I explained it to him, we realized that I actually hate 80% of this game's content! 🤣

For the Nightlords, I only like 4 out of 10.

For the Formidables, I only like 3.

For the Day 1 and Day 2 bosses, I only like 3 and hate the rest.

I guess what keeps bringing me back to this game is the co-op experience and the Nightfarers. The Nightfarers are all great—none of them are below A-tier, and they are a huge upgrade compared to the Tarnished from the base Elden Ring, not to mention the respective gameplay improvements.

Hi everyone, 👋 For context i Don't use halo scythe or have any halo scythe build for duchess but i am always tilted and triggered once someone tries to ruin the match or grief once he see halo scythe user at the party.

I will not list the things you do because they're all ass and it describes who you are as a person , all i can say this is a Random Que you have no control/entitlement to any of your randoms Loot/playstyle and most of you aren't even that good at the game to compensate for this behaviour so please stop it and play normally, i am that third guy who tries to have chill/fun match while grinding the deep points i don't need your childish behaviour because of something neither any of us have control over..

Hello everyone. Because these types of posts are rare here, I thought it would be a good idea to highlight some of the things I noticed in this specific rank. The reason is that at this rank, the game stops joking around. The tolerance for sloppy mistakes becomes so thin that some runs are basically a 'no-hit' simulator. For context, my experience is mainly on PC.":

1- Players at this rank use meta builds and common classes for most fights, so expeditions usually go smoothly—unless an early invader Fuck-up Screws things up And By common classes, I mean Wylder, Duchess, Ironeye, and Revenant.

2- Bottom Depth 4 is hell incarnate, especially between( 4000 - 5000). Surviving this is pure skill. There is no brute-forcing it. No amount of relics, god-rolls, weapons, or passives can guarantee success. It relies entirely on your skill and mastery of the bosses' movesets and mechanics. Otherwise, you will be stuck in a loop between high D3 and low D4.

3- There are people who didn't pickup on bosses gimmicks yet and how annoying it is like caligo crystals and how it's important to cancel it or ED Gnoster where someone has to do the butterfly task or all of you are going to be one shotted by the magic beams or the poison

4- There are a lot of reckless players who try to fight field bosses in the final circle or even in the storm. This usually ends with them reaching Day 1 with no flasks left, only to get downed by a mob because they lack negations and on half health .

5- The DLC Day 1 bosses are brutal. If even one guy gets downed, the remaining two players will get ganked, which can easily turn into an ugly Day 1 loss.

​

6- ON PC people tend to know what to do on the great hollow map and usually Break crystals and rush castle day1 unlike PS5 where most of them are clueless

7- last point on PC D4 Matchmaking is active and fast unlike on PS where it can take 5-10 Min before a match.

Hello everyone! I want to ask the veterans here—who seem to know what's going on behind the scenes—why do Balancers appear so frequently in DoN? You can literally get them three times in a row! Wouldn't it be better if Greg or Heolestor had this high encounter rate instead of fighting mindless dolls over and over. And that worm phase who lags my ps5 for whatever reason

Hello everyone.. i've been going back and forth to rank4 and i got a lot of good and bad matches so here's what i think most of us should do to make Rank4 the easiest climb (as now it's the hardest):

1- Check Your teammates builds and try help them with it

This is Coop Game And helping out with a teammate build makes the run easier for example giving raider an early DN on charged attacks.. will make day1 easy because everything in your way will be stance broken giving you the most attack openings you need , This just one example and you know the rest for sure.

2- Don't Submit to RNG without backup, as much as some builds are fun to use but you're not guaranteed to have what u want like for example a Revenent went for frenzy flame build while the seed didn't have any fire POI And he didn't get it as drop either making his whole relic set up useless that run was the longest run i had as we ended day3 lv10 because everything took forever, also sometimes your randoms get the drop not you and they might take another item the interest them instead of dropping to you so keep that in mind.

3- Focus on DPS, Tanking is useless In my experience if you aren't using Raider or maybe wylder having damage negations other then full hp and successive hits is throwing Believe me having high DPS that can wipe the boss in 1Min or 30 Sec is 100000times Better then full load of damage negations that will be useless once the fight becomes endurance check ( Who did long fights knows how ass it can be to keep up).

4- practice the nightlords on solo if u didn't do it yet .. see in rank4 you'll end up in many situations where you're the last one standing so a practice to make sure you know what coming is indeed helpful also learn how to kyte bosses away from your teammates and don't rush to revive. If you have aggro don't revive at all costs and let the other guy do it while spam pinging if the boss changed aggro.

Hello everyone 👋, i want to highlight the great shields and how they're under used .

Like for example at higher ranks where u can't risk getting hit or you need to stall the boss so the dps player does his thing great shields can be your best option.. first they fit into every nightferer..and if the boss does physical damage then it's done , for example if you had a shield with " Broken stance activete endure" all what i can say is Keep it and go find any spear or buy one ..just play Shield poking like a guardian and believe me this game wouldn't be easier.

The Downsides are

1- You have to unblock to fill the stamina bar then block, so it needs little attention to your stamina and how to manage it

2- You can get dead angled easily like getting hit behind the shield so it's risky when ganked

3- if you're stance is broken you'll be open to follow up attacks so you must be careful when to guard or to just dodge

..

This play style of using shields to block physical attacks instead of dodging them and utilising them with " Guard counter active summon attacks" buff is really really fun and i encourage any who didn't try that yet do it and see how good it is..

Hello everyone, I want to ask do you think ED bosses should give more depth points? For now they give more sigils which is cool, but it doesn't make since that winning against Adel gives the same reward as winning against libra or ed Balancers considering the huge difficulty difference even at day1/day2 bosses level i don't see it fair it even encourages you to just skip these encounters entirely.

This point system was rushed so bad it is bad

I beg of thee to leave this for the new players and join back to DoN it's hell there.

Hello everyone 🤠.. i spent last week playing this game on pc and i just reached D4 and WoW what i can say.. is it the good routes? The competent players who can deal with invaders at lv1&2 ? Or the fact most players are on one page.. like you don't find jhon nighreighn no no everybody are on one route doing everything as good as they can,, not to mention most of them understand your build and give u items& passives that help on your build.. like one reclue gave me three weapon with skill passives made the suncatcher does 1000k ber hit !

Can't say the same on my PS5 randoms you're all either mid or mid but can carry his weight and most of you are leavers..and you don't understand your own builds and what works or not !!

Also on PC the team would be wiped three times and the mfs will run fate with it but ps5 randoms cannot take a single death before Leaving...also Duchess mains i hate your halo slop be better use glinstone kris slop instead.
