Colorado lawmakers passed House Bill 26-1325 today (May 13, 2026), which includes important amendments to C.R.S. 18-18-434 on offenses relating to natural medicine and natural medicine products.

The bill adds new prohibited activities and clarifies the definition of “personal use” to distinguish between allowed personal/community sharing and commercial activity.
