Training with uneven kettlebells?
Hey everyone, I've been doing single-arm work for a while with a 16, 20, and 24kg kettlebell. I'm looking to start doing double KB work, but since I don't have matching pairs, I'll be using offset weights. Got a couple quick questions:
- Which exercises work and which don't with uneven weights?
- How big of a weight gap is reasonable? Is sticking to a smaller jump like 16 + 20 better, or is 16 + 24 fine too depending on the lift?
I'll definitely be switching hands every set so I don't build weird imbalances, but I'd love to hear how you guys program offset doubles or if there's anything specific to watch out for.
Thanks!
