Quit Walmart, how do I transfer DPSP to an RRSP?

Officially quit Walmart, what do I need to do before I leave?
I got access to my paystubs and for DPSP I will just get an email of what I want to do, ie: cash out or RRSP correct? Anything else?

Does anybody know how to fix Paperless Pay sending security code to Walmart Email address?
It keeps trying to send a security code to a weird Walmart email address that I didn't even know existed. How do I change it to my personal email address instead? There are so many barriers to just login to this service.
