Which one of these NIC will be better ? Does the 20 euro one get too hot ? And will it work with opnsense or should i get the 50 euro one?

Im starting my homelab, and im stuck at deciding what to do for a switch
I want to buy a 16 port tp link jetstream switch without PoE because i want that switch to be fanless
But i also want PoE for my AP and IP cameras
Is it a good practice to buy a smaller easy smart switch with PoE for AP and stuff and connect that one to the 16 port jetstream or better to get a 16 port PoE switch in one?
The switch is going to sit in my living room
