Hi all, just to satisfy my own curiosity, when using installing the chanter stock into a canmore hybrid bag, does the jubilee clip sit on the O-ring or does it sit above/below it?

I've either been lucky in the past and it worked first time installing, but this time I'm getting a tiny amount of air leaking.

Other than hemp, does anyone use anything to ensure the reed seat on the chanter is as airtight as can be.
