Death Penalty Execution Decades Later
Is a person sentenced to death decades earlier still the same person you are executing decades later? I think that people can change drastically over the years, and that you are not killing the same person who was sentenced. If you sentence someone to death, then you'd really have to do it immediately if you want punish them. Otherwise, it's simply unethical murder. What are your thoughts?
