ducky.hauls Japan and USA pasabuy

Hello, FA here 🤠!

I’ve recently opened a pasabuy account on ig for Japan and USA purchases!

I personally shop for GU goods, anime figs, blind boxes, journaling needs, gachapons, and other cute stuff!

Planning to post more gachapon too!

Given the nature of my work, turnaround is pretty quick, so you can expect your goods between 3-7 days hehe.

HMU if there’s something I can find for you :>

Un/Packing Routine

I’m still new and I’ve just landed after my 8th flight ever. I’m still trying to get a hold of a packing and unpacking routine because I find myself taking out and repacking my essentials over and over again. We get the same flights every roster (per quarter?) in my airline, so I’m not too worried about variety when it comes to clothing. It’s usually 2-3 short hauls, then 1 or 2 long hauls.

Do you guys just keep your layover clothes, shoes, uniforms, skin care, makeup, etc. in your bags so you can be on the go? Should I separate my work toiletries from the ones I would use at home?

Any advice is welcome because I feel like what I’ve been doing lately is very time consuming 🥲.

EDIT: i really appreciate everyone’s advice! very helpful and practical 🤓 just ordered some refillable bottles, and will get down to separating layover clothes & shoes 🩷

I finished training about 2 weeks ago, and my first flight out is coming right around the corner. It’s a total of 4 legs over 8 days.

I’m nervous about everything, more so that my second leg will be a 12hr flight, and I’ve never been on one longer than 6 hours 🥹.

I’m also scared I’ll forget so many details, especially since im assigned to the galley, and that I’ll also forget my scripts (i have to speak a foreign language im not fluent in).

I know I passed my training and I have memorized the scripts before and did a relatively okay job in the mockup, but I guess it’s the element of uncertainty and starting something new that really feeds my anxiety. My other classmates who went ahead said the actual flight is nothing like the mockup, and that everything is fast-paced.

I’m glad I’ll be working with the same classmate throughout the four legs though, so we’ll be in the same boat, yet it feels like no matter how much I study, there’s still so much I’m unsure of.

Any advice is welcomed!
