Anyone familiar with Connect team learning management system? TY for input

Processing question:
If employees as part of onboarding submit their I9 electronically (send back as pdf)…
Are you printing the file, then completing section 2 and keeping paper files?
OR are you completing section 2 and scanning then storing electronically?
Currently Not using E-verify
Better ideas?
