These two characters make me feel jealous. They are both super positive, happy, excited, in high spirits and very friendly. I feel like every time I see these two iconic characters I feel let down cuz I'm a low-esteem man. How do I change my perspective in this?

Is it wrong to look at fictional characters that have good characteristics? In the real world we have some great people that have great characteristics so should look to them instead because it's better to interact and grow with real people or does it not matter?
I am jealous of 2 fictional character, cuz they are super positive, happy, excited in high spirits and very friendly and I feel like all I think of is negative thoughts and I am always sad and angry. Whenever I look at them I feel like I will never be a good person.
