For an ongoing murder trial in Idaho they have posted what appears to be the summary of a detailed comprehensive exam paid for by defense. The primary diagnosis is ASD level one. There are over 1k responses where people are debating what the findings mean. This is concerning as the clinical language of psychiatry/psychological assessment is going to continue to be misconstrued and dropped into the cultural lexicon of language on social media. The findings are also likely wrong and erroneous as the defendant allegedly was notorious for regularly verbalizing homicidal language directed at himself and to others in public which resulted in his banishment from multiple establishments. If I had to wager a guess (without having spoken to him or having any other data than interviews I have watched of people describing his alleged bizarre behavior) he was responding to internal stimuli. I hope to God people don't think this is ASD.

Watching this freaky promotion triggers feelings of dread at the next wave of people who cry out, "All of my life I felt distracted and isolated by all of the endless isolating distractions in my life and now I realize I am not alone...THIS IS ME!"

I have a patient who is still testing positive for fentanyl after one month of abstinence. I do not believe this patient is using as they have offered qualitative urine screens that show decreasing particles in urine. However, their licensing board is refusing to acknowledge this and has asked that a toxicologist weigh in.

Anybody have any resources to help this patient out
