Expats in Austria: Do you understand your energy bills?

Hi everyone,

I'm curious about the experience of English-speaking people living in Austria when it comes to electricity and gas — particularly bills, contracts, price changes and choosing a provider.

I put together a 2-minute anonymous survey with just 5 questions. I'm mainly interested in whether people actually find the system confusing and, if so, how they deal with it.

Hallo! Kennt ihr Selbsthilfegruppen in Wien wo sich Leute mit problemen wie Sinnkrise, Identitätsfindung, post Burnout etc treffen um sich auszutauschen? Also ganz normale Leute die fest im Berufsleben sitzen, aber keinen sinn in ihrer Arbeit sehen und sicht leider nicht trauen etwas zu ändern. Ich kenne keine solche Gruppen bisher. Bitte keine Tipps zu psychotherapie etc...danke!!!
