Don't download Alpha version 1.0.17_04.
I need help. I was looking through old archived versions and booted up 1.0.17_04. The game felt normal at first, but completely silent. No music played at all.
I spawned on this island and immediately felt like I was being watched. I took this screenshot because I swear I saw something blue hiding in the fog right behind the trees. It didn't have an animal shape. It looked like a player model but it was entirely blue and wouldn't move.
Right after I snapped the screenshot, my game completely froze and crashed to desktop. No error log, nothing. Now the world save file says 0KB and won't open. Has anyone else seen this thing before? What did I just find?
