I’m currently working on bloodbornes platinum before I beat the game is it possible to collect all weapons and workshop items at the end before final boss?

This is my first time playing and I’m at darkbeast Paarl but I wanted to fight the witch first but got killed by sack monster and now stuck in the cell is there any way to go to the witch than fight Paarl?

I’m new to death core and I have no friends who likes my taste in music lol is it weird to ask for some friends
