Port Canaveral Flight Timing

We are on the NCL Escape in January which docks at Port Canaveral at 7.00am. If we book a flight leaving KMCO at 11.10 am is that a reasonable timeframe to make the flight on time, without rushing and stressing too much?

There are other later options so it is not a big deal but this would suit us best if it is doable, especially travelling as a family with teens.

Something wrong with HRM200 or just battery?

These are my last two runs and both are showing the similar HR drop-off pattern near the end. They are different types and lengths (one long and steady, the other shorter with a 6 min max effort) but as displayed the heart rate is oscillating at a similar point.

I've only had it for 10 months and have had no issues, so don't think it's a positioning problem but before I bring it to Garmin could this just be a slowly dying battery, or is something else going on?
