Help planning out which school I should go to

Hi so a little backstory, I sold HVAC (my first “real” job) for the past 4-5 years. It paid great, but I hated it because I always felt like my company would absolutely screw people with prices. Anyways I got let go from that job, decided to go back to school, and nursing felt like the best option. I just turned 27 and I wasted my first 5-6 years out of high school. I have a few options because community college is all that’s really financially possible for me currently. So I can go to community college and get my adn, which would allow me to become a rn out the gate, but that would take me 3 years minimum to complete with all of the prerequisites (that’s if I get accepted into the program first try because it’s extremely competitive, it’s weighted based on grades for a few prerequisite classes). Or I could go get my lvn at a private school, and take out loans, but the pay gap in California between lvn’s and rn’s is enormous. So I would eventually want to go back and get my adn, but the way it works is that if I’ve worked 500 hours as an lvn in the past 3 years I’ll almost automatically get accepted to that program. Regardless I would need to get the prerequisites out of the way before getting my adn. Also it will take me one extra semester if I get my lvn, and then get my adn. So I guess my question is what route would you guys recommend taking? I feel like I’ve wasted so much time already and I’m extremely anxious about my future. Any advice or words of encouragement helps! Thanks!

How much should I stud him out for?

Hello, it’s my first time getting a dog with the intention of studding him and I was wondering if anyone has opinions on how much I should charge to breed with him? I would take one of the litter but I already have 2 dogs and my complex says that’s the max we’re allowed to own….😫 also if anyone has any general advice, like websites where I should go to find another dog to breed him with, or anything at all that would definitely help. Thanks!
