So far from the kit (some parts still needs to be translated better), Rebecca's kit provides the following:

Liberation gives 20% ATK

Outro gives 15% All DMG Amplification and 35% Heavy Attack DMG Amplification once Overlimit stack reaches max (14 secs)

Let me know if I am missing anything else. This is crazy if true but I am expecting some nerfs to her kit numbers...

Looks like Rebecca is more of a sidegrade... RIP.. but still does more damage than mortefi...
