Mina will have to wait more I guess.

Notes:

• Surprised that your progress didn't reset upon entering second season. I stopped at Rift 23 in the 1st Season
• I instantly got the 3.1M points after clearing Dimensional Rift 20 with the Bonus Characters (Mina and Francis, 20% + 10%) and a fire unit (Flare, +15%)
• Food buffs all the way

Notes:

• I originally cleared this with Esther (A2), Flare (A3), and Francis (A4) up to Rift 22 but only had 2.8M points. Upon using Daisy and Reina, I managed to get 3.1M once I cleared Rift 20 and Rift 21
• I don't have Jiwon. Flare kept visiting my Standard Banner pulls. I would have better rotation if I had Jiwon for that Stamina reduce buff
• Esther is only using purple gears because I am currently building Mina (A1)
• I neglected Reina but I think I would have better damage if I maxed her and her skills and monsterlings, and gave her better purple crit gears
• Francis' signature weapon works well with Daisy. That Special Elixir effect works when Daisy heals her teammates, that's why I gave her some Earth Dmg boost monsterlings.

Tame the Unknown, Dive into Wonder!

Hello. This is MONGIL: STAR DIVE.

Following the 4/29 (Wed) Update, we would like to provide details on the second round of actions taken after the initial measures for the Bonus Time Event issue.

We conducted a full investigation of users who used Auto Clear during the time the issue occurred, and warnings were first issued to some users whose activity showed unusual patterns.

In addition, after the first measures were taken, we reviewed data from before and after the issue occurred in order to identify further issues and determine additional actions.

Based on the data reviewed so far, we determined that a second round of actions was necessary, and would like to share the following details.

As this issue was caused by shortcomings on our side, rather than carrying out recoveries or sanctions, we plan to provide additional Keys so that all Divers can receive compensation equal to the excess gains generated through this issue.

We also considered that some Divers may have used the issue unintentionally, and decided to proceed in this manner.

We will continue striving to prevent issues like this in the future. If any issue occurs, we kindly ask that you report it through Customer Support.

Please note that in the future, actions may be taken according to our Terms of Service without prior warning.

✨ Bonus Time Event Issue Follow-up Measures

Through additional review and verification, we will proceed with a second response based on the criteria below.

Players who exceeded the maximum number of Auto Clear attempts that can normally be performed at one time, which is 100 times, and completed 101 times or more, have been determined to be outside the scope of normal gameplay and will receive additional warnings.

In addition, all Divers excluding those Players will receive [Key x2,500] via in-game mail.

* Please note that the number of reward Keys was determined based on the number used according to currently confirmed data.

Claim Period: 4/29 (Wed) - 5/6 (Wed) 14:59 (UTC)

* Accounts created after the 4/29 (Wed) Update will not receive the reward.

I didn't plan on getting Esther to be honest. Her playstyle isn't really my thing and I don't have Jiwon for stamina support. I just want a Yeonhwa A1 but I got Esther A2 and her weapon instead. I still don't have A1 Yeonhwa btw..
