I have to visit the Dominican Republic and Barbados for a family heath emergency. My service animal was just microchipped a week ago and got his rabies and yearly renewed at the same time. The vet said something about a $1000 certificate for each country for him to come with me! Is this actually true I’ve been reading and researching all day I keep getting told different things. He’s registered with all airlines. He is 10lbs and fits under my seat. He had a fecal test done as well during that time and it came back clear.
