Is the new Akuma supposed to be Shin Akuma or just a p2 version?

I want a complete set of 18 for my display, but I’m not sure if I should wait for a specifically-labeled Shin Akuma release. I didn’t think he had the white hair until after SF2.

I think I’ve about given up on finding NASCAR series Dale Jr.

I live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, and there’s just too many other collectors and especially scalpers. I’ve been hunting for months. First for the single, then the two pack.

If anyone manages to find the single or 2pk, I can pay cost + shipping + some extra to make it worth your help.
