Alcohol gastritis - help?

Hey all. For the last ~two years I have suffered from severe pain after drinking alcohol. From drinking one seltzer to going absolutely ham on a bottle, it always has the same outcome.
What i’ve noticed has sometimes helped me is not drinking caffeine day of, not taking my SSRIs (sertraline more specifically) and making sure i’m walking around or active while drinking. I also noticed that eating after I started drinking also seems to have a negative effect. I’ve gone over a consecutive month without drinking in the last year but it didn’t help/change anything.
I celebrated a friends birthday and drank a few days ago, which left me down for 3 days (first day was vomiting anything i consumed - which was just water, second day was severe migraine and smaller stomach bloat/pain earlier in the day, and the third day was carry over of the migraine).
I started taking a PPI, but my own birthday is this weekend. I’m curious if yall had any other suggestions that would make drinking an option for me this weekend? I had already pre-planned my birthday at one of my college bars without thinking much about it. I would just go sober, but I know i’ll get pretty anxious around so many people… i’m still torn. any advice you have would be great!

ps. doctors won’t give me the time of day because i’m underage, but i’m in college like it’s gonna happen. it’s frustrating that this and all my previous medical experience have been entirely overlooked any time i try to address it.

TLDR: any advice for healing alcohol gastritis (long term or short term)? birthday this weekend and i’m debating if i drink or not (party is at a bar)… any advice that helps with gastritis symptoms?

edit: I am not a heavy drinker. I rarely drink already. I am okay being sober, but there are those few events that of course I’d love to join in on the fun. I’m in college, after all. Also, there are lots of times I don’t experience the negative effects post-drinking. This past summer has been generally decent, aside from a few gnarly experiences. This is why it makes it so difficult, because I could definitely test my luck or just play it safe.
