macked app seems to be on the fmhy list but the download link gets flagged in virus total so is it really safe to install?

Hey guys, those who got both the m1 and the m5 macbook air, how does the new one compare to the m1 in terms of battery, casue it seems like the m1 macbook air used to last much longer when it was new than that of the m5. Is it macOS tahoe or what?
