A good friend of mine (let's call him Jimmy) was sending an email to his professor, when disaster struck. Before signing off with his name, he made the unfortunate typographical error of writing "Best retards" instead of "Best regards". Should Jimmy respond with an apology or avoid drawing further attention to his mistake?
