I can’t believe it! (Local 11)

I have zero construction, mechanical or really any experience in the field, I genuinely thought I was going to rank much much lower! For the PEF, I submitted my HS transcripts (mediocre gpa) and my partial college experience (<than a year). Ultimately I think it had to have been my Aptitude Test score and letters of Rec that boosted me so much but of course, I truly don’t know! My only question is, if I miss the call, do they send a follow-up email? Thanks!

Is the GAN Study Guide Accurate to What’s on the Aptitude Test? (Local 11)

I’ve been actively studying for my upcoming Local 11 aptitude test (which uses GAN) these past few weeks and I have been seeing occasional mentions here of factoring quadratics among other things for the numerical portion of the test, however in the GAN study guide there is no mention of anything relating to this. As far as the study guide goes, it should consist of basic arithmetics of fractions, decimals, and percents. Will there be anything on the test (such as factoring/using Quadratic formula and evaluating variables) that aren’t shown on the GAN study guide?
