My personal medal group from my career in the Romanian Military Pathfinder Platoon
Hey everyone, sharing my personal medal group from my military career, along with a deployment photo of me in theater.
I served in the Romanian Military's Pathfinder Platoon (Plutonul de Cercetare prin Parașutare în Dispozitivul Inamic ), which is the direct equivalent to a Pathfinder / Recon unit operating behind enemy lines.
The medals from left to right:
NATO Non-Article 5 Medal.
Romanian Commemorative Plaque (with integrated challenge coin from joint ops).
US Army Commendation Medal (ARCOM) - Awarded to me by US partners during joint coalition operations.
Romanian Order/Medal of Military Merit
Emblem of Honor of the General Staff (Emblema de Onoare a Statului Major General).
