I was just thinking about how some wines can completely change the way you perceive a certain grape, region or style. Broadening your understanding of what is, and what isn’t a part of a specific profile.

What are some of these wines for you? What wines made you rethink your preconceptions?

For me one of those wines was Eben Sadie’s Soldaat, completely reshaping my understanding of Grenache.
