Plot Idea for a sequel to the backrooms.
My idea is that during the start they find out mary is real and not a still life, she gets to know phil more, and she is now part of the missions to research the backrooms, but a new threat has come along... the bacteria, on one of the research trips into the backrooms, one dude for a quick second disappears then reappears, but it turns out during that second where the life form pulled him over, he got infected with the bacteria (It is also meant to be a minor hard to catch detail). When the researchers and mary get back from the trip the dude who was infected becomes a life form that while all the other async researchers get out mary phil and maybe at least 3 others, get trapped between to backrooms and the life form blocking the exit, so they are forced to retreat into the backrooms where the async researchers who did not make it out become life forms. Due to Captain clark having such accurate biology to a human he also becomes a still life that is now even more dangerous! While they are able to fend against the other minor life forms, after that captain clark the LIFE FORM comes for the final battle! in which they have to take him down a few die(maybe phil but it is up to kane in the end), but the life form quickly over powers them so they have to run and manage trick captain clark the life form(who is much faster) to falling down a pit with seamlessly no end.
(Upon the rare chance this does become a movie all I ask for at least is my reddit name to be maybe put in the little special thanks thing in the credits for the second movie. and I am fine with Kane changing some of the plot. Also please excuse my if my grammar is bad. this plot may be updated when I receive criticism from you guys which I am truly fine and open to only if its constructive. I only really have the spoiler tag since it has elements from the original movie brought here like the characters. also about the ending to the movie where there's a mary still life, there's two ways to handle this, have the still lifes from the movie become materials the bacteria use to build life forms or save mary still life for backrooms 3. if somebody can figure out how to handle it please notify me.)
