First time buyer sa shop nila online (through Facebook chat), tanggap ko naman na mabagal yung pag reply since madami naman siguro nag iinquire. NOTE: Hindi naman ako nag papa special or something like that pero bakit sobrang bagal ng service nila?
Nag inquire ako ng gear to start airsoft ulit after x years (30's old man here) naka bili naman ng gear for me and my partner (Just facemasks, goggles and stuff), main issue lang kasi, I had to call their landline twice to confirm if booked na ba yung mga binili ko.. 1st call medjo natagalan na ako kasi 2 hours na and wala paring update, I was given the usual 'customer service workaround' na "Paantay nalang sir", 2nd call after another hour, sabi on the way na daw sakin yung lalamove, so I asked for the lalamove link, which took them more than 5 minutes to provide and nag stay ako sa line para to make sure na ma provide sakin yung link. Then pagka send sakin ng link, on the way palang sa store nila yung Rider...
IDK, hinde naman ako nag papa special kasi siguro nga madaming order sa shop na yon, pero once na sabihan nila ako na on the way na sakin yung rider, then makikita kong hindi papala. parang ang pangit ng tingin ko sa shop tuloy.. So far this is the worst online customer service experience I've had. Sabihin na nating understaffed sila or madaming order talaga, maganda sana kung masabihan yung customers nyo kung may delay ba or what time madedeliver or something like that.
