Help me Choose

Can you guys help me choose? I’m from Mississauga and ideally want to stay close to home to save money. Most of my friends are going to TMU, but I also really like Laurier’s campus and overall university experience. TMU SAF would be cheaper and much easier to commute to, while Laurier BBA has the stronger reputation overall and is a semi target school, but I’d also have to pay for res first year and off-campus housing in years 2–4.

Overall, is it worth paying significantly more for Laurier BBA, or is staying home for TMU SAF just as solid for an accounting/CPA career? Also, both programs have co-op, but Laurier’s co-op is pretty competitive with around a 30% acceptance rate. Is it actually difficult to get into for an average student?
