Msc physio or msc sports medicine?

Im planning to pursue my masters in physiotherapy in the UK.
But now im confused between choosing msc physiotherapy and msc sports medicine.
Does choosing sports give me any advantage of working in sport sectors in the uk? And even if i wish to work in a hospital, will i be able to work with my sports medicine qualification? What does the NHS prefer? Im really confused..

Physiotherapy in Australia

I just finished up my bachelors in india,im planning to take a loan of 50 lakhs and move to Australia to pursue my masters. However im in a flood of thoughts and concerns..
1.Accommodation,food and living expenses in Australia- are they high? Can I manage them foung part time work?
2. Accessibility to part time work-is it easy to get a part time job, and how much do they pay?
Will i be able to manage them along with my masters?
3. MPT- is it easy to complete my masters? Is it really hard?
4. Working as a physio- how long will i need to normally get a job as a physio, they offer 3 year stayback in Australia… will i be able to get a job within that period? Is APC exams too difficult?
5. Payment- do i get a good salary to clear off the 50lakh loan that i have taken? Will it take an eternity to clear them off? Is it worth the risk cause im putting my house and property on loan, theres immense pressure and potential risks and i dont want to be the one to put my family in the pit.
If any fellow Australia-indian physios (keralites cos im a mallu) who have taken up a similar pathway and successfully made a career out of it. Pleaee help me out as im running out of time…
