Facing an Aggressive opponent

How do y'all fight smartly against a guy coming full throttle trying to take your head off, realistically, responding in a blitz and gassing out against them seems dumb, but staying at range and finding counter shots seems oddly risky. How do we tackle those guys that just wanna grab ya, does accuracy and timing really beat speed and strength?

Ideal body type for MMA

More of a hypothetical question , but what do y'all think is the best biomechanical advantageous build for MMA, I think it's the Jon Jones, tony Ferguson build, wiry, long arms, legs taller for your division by a couple inches, big joints and thicker bones, but with that said this does pose a strength issue as naturally stockier guys will always have the strength advantage (DC, khabib etc.) but what do y'all think, maybe a balanced one like islam, gsp would also stand out ig? Nowadays, it seems that ranged strikers seem to dominate with guys like o malley and Strickland.

Justin Vs Ilia

So this was crazy but lwk I was expecting something like that, my question would be, is 155 too much for topuria as the strength gap didn't look that obvious with ilia landing a few takedowns in Justin, but idk maybe some people are just built different, bone density is a real factor. What went wrong? Ilia looked like he forgot head movement, and despite ilia landing heavy shots, it caused barely any damage contrary to ilias face. Also with Pereira losing to gane, I think it just cements the fact that MMA is not ideal if you move up a weight class, especially if your much shorter, maybe stick to what Ur natural weight is cause there was an obvious discrepancy.

How to build fighter cardio

No bs, how do we build that relaxed, stoic, I never get tired pace not only for fighting but overall. I'm pretty explosive but I get tired quick, how to overcome that, maybe it's part mental but idk, I've tried running but suggest something better and or less degrading on the shins and knees. I want cardio to be my last problem in an altercation.
