I've tried using creaminstaller and ran it with use smokeapi, all 3 proxies (Winmm.dll, Winhttp.dll and Version.dll) all 3 of them give me a error that says unable to initialize steamapi
(I forgot to mention I am using mods. But even then the game won't play normally.)
Do I try anything else before downgrading?
I bought this diecast on ebay for 200 dollars. Its a liquid color version of Brad Keselowski's 2012 championship COT. I've been wanting this specific diecast for a while. Just a little heartbroken to see the spoiler damaged when I opened it. Everything else was in good condition.
Spoke to the seller. They gave me a partial refund. Im already looking at a replacement spoiler on ebay, but I'm not too experienced. Tips for when I do replace it?
Its interesting being a NASCAR fan in the 5 boroughs of NY, you really gotta go hunting for places that still sell nascar outside of places like Target and Walmart. So usually I head to Long Island.
