Unbiased first-time buyer review of the 2026 model. What features did YOUR model come with?
Ordered in 2025. Shipping took just over nine months, no expedited option, no updates, you just wait and hope. Package arrives, no manual included. None. You're expected to operate a screaming, leaking, occasionally brilliant piece of hardware entirely on instinct and caffeine.
Full rundown so far:
Alarm system built in, goes off at random, mostly 2-4am. Spent a full week looking for the snooze button. Doesn't exist. Volume's stuck on max, no way to bring it down. Battery life is genuinely impressive though, some nights he runs the whole stretch with zero complaints, which nobody warned me was even possible. Leaks from time to time. Called support (my mother) and was told that's by design, not a flaw. No refunds policy is airtight, by the way. Strongly recommend reading reviews from friends or family before you commit.
All that said. Best purchase I've ever made. Ten out of ten. I would do it again.
