Receive a box from xTool they did not order?

I received a box that had a roll of Heat Press Vinyl and 3 canvas bags with sequins on one side.

It was interesting as any order I have ever made includes a business name and then my full name.

This was addressed to me using only my first name and address.

Just seemed odd.
