Anyone from TCS Gandhinagar Interview (2025 Passout) Received Joining Letter yet?
I'm a 2025 passout and interviewed for TCS Ninja at the Gandhinagar office. I wanted to know if anyone is in a similar situation or has already received their JL.
Here's my timeline:
Interview: 27 April 2026 (TCS Gandhinagar)
* Offer Letter Generated: 26 May 2026
* Offer Letter Accepted: 27 May 2026
* ILP Eligible: 27 May 2026
* BGC Documents Submitted: 2 June 2026
Current status:
* BGC Portal: Still shows "Approval Pending" for all uploaded documents.
* NSR Registration: Not yet completed and didn't submit NSR-IT pin, as the portal indicates the NSR upload option will only be enabled closer to the joining date
I also tried following up:
* 25 June 2026: Sent a follow-up email to XP.Onboarding and ILP Support regarding my BGC status but didn't receive any reply.
* 30 June 2026: Sent another email to the HR who had sent my offer letter requesting guidance, and still no response.
It's been over a month since I uploaded my BGC documents, and there hasn't been any update on the portal or via email and no Joining readiness survey. I also didn't get any email from TCS xplore for IPA or something. If anyone here has already received your JL form TCS gandhinagar, could you please share your timeline?
Just trying to understand if this delay is normal or if I should follow up again.
