Permanent 10" Dob Install

Hello, we own a small boutique campground in a borderline bortle 1 area so needless to say, I have gotten much more into astronomy and plan to make this an ongoing hobby and a big part of our business (It has been an absolute hit and everyone seems to love it!) We have been doing nightly astronomy as a free offering to our guests (I have so much fun with it anyway!) and I'm still trying to balance out how to protect everything!

On calm/clear nights, I have been leaving the telescope out for guests to use and a few have taken us up on the offer (we've even seen some post photos of the moon online or example, which is really cool seeing someone go from never looking through a telescope to actually using it for their own observing and getting nice photos too!) I basically give a quick briefing of what a finder scope is, how to focus, and leave them off to the races (I leave an easier lens on to make it's very user friendly).

Because we live on a campground (in an RV) all summer, space is very limited and we dont have a garage (or really anywhere) for storage. I am thinking of building a shed nearby just for this purpose (to avoid storing in our small living room during bad weather) but have also seen some very cool DIY observatory builds (although not really anyone using them for a dobsonian). Does anyone have any advice for a relatively permanent dobsonian install that may work for this purpose? I am relatively handy and am just looking for ideas (building/purchasing a more sturdy base and an enclosure to keep it out of the elements). We are in a very dry climate (high desert) and our biggest enemy is occasional winds and very rare rain but it is mostly very sunny, thanks in advance!
