I put in my notice for after busy season. About to submit my resignation in CORE.

I joined as an experienced hire and while my first year was good. I was switched to a new PML that I would politely say is below her peers when it comes to her role. Now that I’m leaving, would an exit interview be a good platform to air my documented grievances or would it not be worth the effort?

At around 8pm my PML put time on my calendar labeled “catchup” with no context. I got one unfavorable review recently with the rest being good or ok. Am I screwed?
