I've only had MC for a couple months now and joined Dispensed but I've just had constant issues with getting my prescription for every order so far. Including my most recent one where they took my payment but then said my order doesnt exist

I should've done better research as it doesnt seem theyre very popular, but I was wondering if switching clinics is easy or if you need to stay with one for a certain amount of time?

Would also appreciate suggestions on who to switch to thanks
