I'm not going to be able to make the given orientation slots during the summer without significant headache and curtailment of my plans; though, it is still theoretically possible. Would it be worth it for me to go through that in order to attend the in person orientation in July, or is there no significant difference between the two?

I should also ask, what really goes on during orientation? For reference, I've already taken a tour of the school on my own time separately. I'm not sure how much of the process would be overlapping.
