Alcoholic groups that avoid the 'higher power' religious aspects

I am trying my very best to be sober and I want to go to meetings because I know that's what I need right now. I just don't love the meetings I attended when in detox last year because they all did this 12-step AA referring to higher powers and I have a very complicated religious belief system. I know I could just try to say it's the universe that is the higher power but I'd love to find something else out there that approaches things differently because I don't need to go into deep questions right now I just need something concrete to push me to do better without relying on a deity of sorts

Is my 7-year-old ready to watch Jurassic Park?

For context, she is a relatively mature kid. As far as what she watches for movies. She's seen the first three Harry Potter movies, Detective Pikachu, Coraline, she occasionally watches One Piece with me, and most recently has watched Ready Player One and the first Avatar film. Given these films listed, do you think Jurassic Park is in the same field or still too mature for her?
