NJ currently has really bad E-bike law that was rushed through the legislative process without much thought by our state representative, Senator Nick Scutari.

I have personally testified before committee in Trenton against this law when it was up for consideration, and talked to several other elected officials who all agree that the bill is flawed, however, they were simply doing what they were told out of respect for the senate president.
Scutari is our representative, and he needs to hear from his constituents. Even just a few calls/ emails will make a big difference in fixing this broken and unfair law.
