2026 Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium Pre-Owned Certified - Good deal as-is?

We just looked at a 2026 Hyundai Palisade SEL Premium today. It was a loaner car, so it's a certified pre-owned with only 3347 miles on it. I asked for the "out the door" price, and here's what they offered me:

Original MSRP: $48,260
Selling Price: $45,847
Rebate: $1000

Purchase Price: $44,847

Gov Fees: 198.50

Proc/Doc Fees: $899

Taxes: $3490.44

Total: $49,434.94

KBB shows the value between $41,500 - $43,500

It's been a while since I've bargained on a car, so I'm a little rusty, and it seems these hold their value pretty well nowadays. I'm just curious how much bargaining power the buyer has with a pre-owned one like this. Anybody have experience with buying one with this little mileage, and does this price seem about right?
