Career Help - Construction Safety
Hey guys,
My Safety Director wants me to move back to my old site. I had a good thing going at my previous hospital site where I had a EHS team of 6. With lots of other support, they asked me to take over and switch with another safety guy at a project that was lacking and said it would be great resume/career builder. Well now 4 months later they want me to move back to help the big hospital job because they need more of my type of support. Requests have come from leadership of all sorts, safety, operations, etc. I have an option to say yes or no (kinda)
My question is if I had the choice should I stay at the project I’m at now or switch back to the hospital?
Benefits - closer to home, better work life, back to a good team
Disadvantage - lose the site I fixed and making my own culture wise, outlook on myself from trades if why they switch staff again, my own selfishness
