Travelling home after visiting Europe and Rocky the ESD decided to jump out the tray at security and ride the belt. Any tips on getting them clean again?

Can my boss enforce our new work email signature that contains our birth#?
My workplace is currently undergoing a rebrand (we're moving to a trading name because our current name is an absolute mouthful). Today I received an email with our new logo to update my work email signature (expected).
What wasn't expected was a list of 4 Kuarna words, their translations, and instructions to use the one that fits us best. Essentially our signature would be:
Name (Kuarna - x-born daughter)
I have no intentions of adding this, it's feels weird and invasive. I don't see how being first/second/third/fourth born has anything to do with my job, or why I need to disclose this information. My work email is from the department of education, not my worksite, so can my boss legally enforce this, or will I be able to opt-out?
I'm currently out of the country, so talking to her about it is difficult, and she's leaving at the end of the year anyway (so I'll probably have to go through this again with a new boss).
