I go through pennies from the bank, take out the 95% copper ones (pre 1983) and sell them in lots of 500 on eBay.

I make about $15 net profit per lot ($10 if you subtract the face value of the sold pennies) and I've sold 15,000 copper pennies so far. It's not crazy money, but it's something and I enjoy coin roll hunting as a hobby.
