I hit four weeks* today and I got my heel to my butt! (With shoes on.)

Tears shot out of my face. I’m 51 and didn’t think I’d be here for at least 9+ months.

I’m so excited to tell my physio about it later!

* third ACL surgery; allograft with LET

ACL reconstruction with allograft and LET. Made it to PT today and got to 105° flex and 1° extension. The extension is the hardest part! Screaming through gritted teeth is ok, right?

Now it is time for more ibuprofen and ice. Tomorrow is another day of pushing this rock uphill.
