Background Check changed from “processing” to “Not Applicable” — CEC Inland, anyone else?

AOR: April 10, 2026
Biometrics request: June 8
Medical completed: June 9
Biometrics completed: June 10
On July 10, my background check status said: “We are processing your background check. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.”
Checked again randomly on August 14 — everything else on the tracker is unchanged, but background check now shows “Not Applicable.”
Does anyone know what it means? Anyone else saw similar changes?
