With the new SteamOs update I'm finally saying goodbye to windows and i definitely regret never setting up a dual boot, i don't mind reinstalling my non steam games, the only thing I'm worried are my save files which I guess I'm using ludisave, any other stuff I should keep in mind?

Would be nice if Handheld Companion and the like had more options than ps4 and xbox controllers to emulate
