I think I figured out how Bello grew many levels and evolved
For a while, Brayan Bello was a little frustrating. The organization battled him against other teams and we had to keep surrendering our Monstah badge, and couldn’t get any of the other teams’ gym badges.
Once we left him with the Woosox daycare lady for a bit, he grew and evolved many levels! When need to send Duran to her so he can become Durant again!

They Evolved!
People were skeptical of Bello and Rutschman this year. Some people said they didn't have enough EXP. Some people said they could only be HM slaves. Some just wanted to store them in the PC. But alas, Bullpen Bello and Adley Rutschman have evolved!

Wilson Contreras-Home Run Derby Thread
It's been a while since a Red Sox player has been in the derby. In 2011, Adrian Gonzalez finished as the runner-up. In 2010, Big Papi became the only Sox player to win it all.
Wilson Contreras is swinging at a steady pace so far in this year's derby! 13 home-runs in the first round set a good precedent and pretty much secure his place in the second round.

Reggae Got Soul
Every summer, I create a playlist, and 311 is heavily featured on it, of course. “Reggae Got Soul” from the Surf’s Up soundtrack is surprisingly a nifty jam. I’m wondering if 311 has ever played this song in concert. I couldn’t find anything on setlist.fm. I know the probability is low. I definitely want to recommend this song for the band to play live one day. I know it’s meant for kids, but it could be fun to see on 311 Day or the 2027 Caribbean cruise.

311's "Amber" featured on Widow's Bay
I've been watching Widow's Bay on Apple TV, a surprisingly good horror-comedy show about a mayor who tries to preside over a haunted island, and noticed a chillingly good use of 311's "Amber" in episode 5 of the series. It was a cool find, and I thought I'd pass it on to fans who share this overlapping interest.
